Holiday Village - Update (October 2019)

Dear Owners,

It is hard to believe that November is approaching so quickly and we are saying goodbye to another busy season at Holiday Village. The Manager and Board hope that you have had good opportunities to visit the Complex over the past months. As winter comes nearer we are already working on some improvements for the coming season.

1. As agreed at the AGM in May, a new water filter has been installed – under budget - which will help to reduce the calcium content in our water supply;

2. We are in the advanced stages of agreeing a contract to provide complex wide internet. Again this was agreed at the AGM in May. Owners/Residents will be offered the option of purchasing a router for their property: the price range for these will be from 30 Euro, for the most basic model to 75 Euro, for the most advanced, with another available for 60 Euro;

3. The Pool Bar has been very successful so far this season. The income generated from this facility is now around 178000TL, which represents a significant increase on last year;

4. Work will begin on further improving drainage around the Complex and on enhancing the Garden in the coming weeks,

5. Enhancement will also take place in the toilet/changing areas at the B Block Pool, with new flooring being placed in the extended Pool Bar area;

6. Thank you to those Owners who have already paid their fee for the coming year - a reminder to those who have not yet paid their fee for 2020 - this is due by the end of January 2020;
