Update May 2023

Dear Owners,

Holiday Village continues to go from strength to strength and we are now excited for the season of 2023. The Complex is looking great, the sun is shining and the pools and pool bar will soon be opening for the season ahead. Murat and the staff have been busy as ever preparing the Complex for us: see these photos

Latest News:

1. Given the turbulent financial times – inflation in Turkiye remains extraordinarily high, while the exchange rate against the Euro has levelled off - the Complex remains financially sound; the fact that the annual fee is paid in Euro, somewhat protects us, for now, from the more extreme fluctuations: further financial information will be sent out soon;
    
2. We are fortunate that our staffing situation is stable – we have taken on an additional member of staff to maintain the garden and grounds;
    
3. The management have decided to end our contract with the Garden Company due to a number of issues including increasing costs and have taken on responsibility for this area;
    
4. Elevator repairs have taken place in Blocks A, B and F. New machinery for this has been installed in Block F, while the machinery in the other blocks have been repaired;
    
5. Thank you to those Owners who have already paid their fee for this year - a reminder to those who have not yet paid their fee for 2023 - there are still a small number of owners who have yet to pay this:  Login to see the fees for 2023;
    
6. A reminder to owners that the 2023 Annual General Meeting takes place on Monday, May 29th, so please have this date in your diary;
   Agenda and Power of Attorney are already available on the website. Please try to be present at the above meeting as it is always positive to have as many owners represented as possible – is this is not possible, please do forward the Power of Attorney in good time to Murat or to another owner who will represent you.
