AGM Update (April 2020)
Greetings from the Manager and the Board of Holiday Village, during these challenging times.
Given the Coronavirus pandemic that is impacting all of us, it is necessary to cancel the forthcoming Annual General Meeting that was scheduled for May 27th 2020.
Therefore, the next AGM will take place in May 2021 and further details will be circulated regarding this in due course.
In the meantime, an update on the finances of the Complex will be made available for Owners.
Despite the fact that we are not in a position to visit Holiday Village at this time, the Complex still needs to function and be maintained.
For this to happen, we rely on Owners paying the annual fee for 2021 on time, by January 31st 2021.
The fee for the coming year will not be subject to increase and will remain as detailed below:

ALSO, A REMINDER TO THOSE OWNERS WHO HAVE YET TO PAY THE FEE FOR 2020, PLEASE DO SO.
If you would like your property to be ventilated – balcony doors and windows opened for a week over the summer – please let Murat know on .
Also, should you have any perishable foods etc in your apartment that should be removed to prevent unpleasant odours or unwelcome guests (ants etc), please let Murat know and he will remove these from your property.
We hope that we will be in a position to visit Holiday Village soon, but, in the meantime, we hope that all Owners and Residents keep safe and well during this difficult time.
